Ground Floor: The villa features a drawing room, music room, library, formal dining room, TV room, and billiard room. There are two suites, each with queen-size bed, access to the garden, and en-suite bathroom with tub/shower.
First Floor: There are two large frescoed suites, each with queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom with tub/shower. One of the suites also has an additional French bed (for one person). All bedrooms have A/C; all bathrooms have hair dryers.

Please Note:
- Housekeeping is provided 10 hours/day, 7 days/week. Towels are changed daily, bed linens are changed mid-week.
- Chef Services are provided breakfast, lunch and dinner. Cost of food and beverages is extra.
- Gardening and pool cleaning service are provided.
- Personal laundry service is available on request for an additional cost.

Security Deposit
- Along with the final payment, a refundable security deposit is due. You will be requested to post a check to Rentvillas.com in the amount listed. The security deposit will be returned to you within 3 weeks of your departure from the property minus any damages to the property, or any charges incurred during your stay. The listed security deposit is: 5000 EUR
