The property is situated within walking distance of the center of Menaggio, which offers supermarkets, delicatessens, boutique clothing and jewelry shops and a family friendly Lido with beach and swimming pools. There are pretty cafe-lined piazzas and a wide variety of restaurants, from the inexpensive family friendly Pizzerias to the elegant Il Ristorante di Paolo. Local activities include hiking, cycling, sailing, swimming, boat hire, kayaking, windsurfing, tennis, golf and horse riding. From Menaggio, the other lake towns are easily accessible with a bus service running to Como city and a frequent car and passenger ferry service operating to Bellagio and Varenna.

Exterior Description

The apartment has a private sunny terrace which is ideal for alfresco dining. Guests have access to a shared swimming pool and parking.

Please note that anyone who wishes to use the communal pool must wear a swimming cap.

Main Floor:The comfortable sitting area features leather sofas, an open fireplace, a 32” flat screen TV with DVD player, music stereo and IPod dock. Glass doors open to the private terrace which is ideal for alfresco dining. The kitchen has a gas stove, oven, coffee maker, kettle and dishwasher.
Upper Floor: The master bedroom has a king-size bed and access to a balcony. The second bedroom has a king-size bed. The third bedroom has a set of bunk beds (suitable for children). There are two bathrooms with power showers.
Lower Floor (accessed externally): There is a sitting area with an open fireplace, a flat screen 32” TV, Xbox game station, DVD player, and music stereo. There is also a bar, cooking facilities and a spacious dining area. The fourth bedroom has two single beds. There is a separate bathroom with shower.
