The villa is positioned in the heart of the Val D’Orcia, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, one of the most beautiful areas of Tuscany. Sarteano offers restaurants, shops and a supermarket. San Casciano dei Bagni with its thermal swimming pools is nearby and daytrips to Florence are possibly by taking the train from Chiusi.

Exterior Description

This estate consists of a small private paradise with ponds, streams, olive trees and oak trees a vineyard, country lanes for beautiful walks, and a nice equestrian center for horse riding. There are two stone houses, located just a few meters from each other, which can accoommodate up to 26 people. There is a swimming pool (8mx16m), jacuzzi (not heated), and furnished pergola with table, chairs and barbecue.

Il Borgo (850m2, sleeps 14):
Ground Floor: There is a living room with fireplace, flat screen TV, piano, and access to the outdoor area. There is a dining area with table for 15 people, a professional kitchen with French window, laundry room, and two guest bathrooms.
(20 steps up): There is a spa with Finnish sauna and Jacuzzi, and a guest bathroom with shower.
Ground Floor: There are two bedrooms which are accessed externally. The first bedroom has a double bed and en suite bathroom with hand held shower. The second bedroom is wheelchair accessible and has a double bed and en suite bathroom with hand held shower.
First Floor: There are four bedrooms which are accessed externally. Each bedroom has a double bed and en suite bathroom with hand held shower. One of the bedrooms has a fireplace.
Ground Floor (near the swimming pool area): There is a bedroom with a double bed and en suite bathroom with hand held shower.

Il Casale (400m2, sleeps 12):
Ground Floor: There is a spacious living room, fully equipped professional kitchen with working fireplace and table for up to 20 people, guest bathroom, and a laundry room. There are two bedrooms each with a double bed and en suite bathroom with hand held shower.
First Floor: There is a studio with access to balcony. There are four bedrooms, each with a double bed and en suite bathroom with hand held shower.
