From the terrace there are beautiful views of Sorrento and the sea in the distance. A car is not required at this property, however there is free parking for two cars inside the villa gates. From the parking area, there are nine steps leading up to the villa.

Ground Floor: There is a living-room three sofas, TV and DVD player, piano, and a decorative fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas stove, electric oven, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, espresso coffee maker, toaster, tea kettle and juicer. There is a dining table for four people. There is a bedroom with a small single bed and ensuite bathroom sink and WC. There is a separate bathroom with shower, sink, WC, bidet, and hairdryer.

First Floor (up 20 steps): There are two bedrooms each with double bed, single bed, television, air conditioning, and heating. One of the bedrooms has access to a small private terrace furnished with a table and chairs. There is also a bedroom with two single beds and heating. There is a bathroom with sink, WC, bidet, bathtub with shower, and a hairdryer. There is a small bathroom with only a sink and a WC.

Second Floor (up 17 steps): There is a bedroom with double bed, desk, decorative fireplace, sofa and an armchair, air conditioning and heating. There is an ensuite bathroom is with a sink, WC, bidet, bathtub with shower, and hairdryer.
There is a laundry area with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.
