This villa features an indoor heated swimming pool (4 m x 11 m, only available from October to May), an outdoor salt-water pool (8 m x 16 m), an open-air shower and sun deck with lounge chairs. Guests can also enjoy the vegetable, fruit and herb gardens, BBQ, wet bar, and dining al fresco at a table seating 12-20 people.

Ground Floor: There is a great room with a central fireplace, comfortable sitting area, pool table, and a dining area with a long table for 14 people. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with fireplace. There is one bedroom with a Queen-size bed and private bathroom with shower. There is another bedroom with a King-size bed and private bathroom with tub. A private gym has a treadmill, two exercise bikes, free weights, and a 52" TV.
First Floor: There is a sitting room with 55” satellite TV, DVD player, Netflix and Amazon Prime. There is a bedroom with a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom with tub and shower. There is a bedroom with King-size bed, a bedroom with two twin beds (can be combined as a King bed), and a separate bathroom with shower.

Please Note:
- Daily housekeeping is included each day (except Sunday) from 9:00 am–2:00 pm.
- Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are prepared each day except Sunday. Dinner will be served between 7:00pm and 9:00pm.
- Food and beverages are not included in the rental price. A €500 food deposit must be paid in cash on arrival.
- Use of indoor pool: €1,500/week - only available from October to May (must be requested 2 weeks before arrival)

Security Deposit
- Along with the final payment, a refundable security deposit is due. You will be requested to post a check to Rentvillas.com in the amount listed. The security deposit will be returned to you within 3 weeks of your departure from the property minus any damages to the property, or any charges incurred during your stay. The listed security deposit is: 3000 EUR
Additional Expenses
- Tourist Tax (Payable upon Arrival): 1 - 5 Euros per person per day
- Telephone (If Available): According to consumption
- Food and Beverages Deposit (Payable upon Arrival in Cash): 500 EUR
