The estate is surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and chestnut forests. There are two courtyards with 200 year old pomegranate trees and three locations for al fresco dining - the Lemon Terrace, BBQ area and Pergola area. There is a saltwater infinity pool and a small lake with a meditation platform. The property also features a pizza oven, vegetable garden, sun loungers, hammock, Yoga platform/gazebo, massage area, and bocce court. Cars are necessary to access this property and there is free parking on the estate.

Interior Description

Main House (sleeps 6)
There is a living area with fireplace, TV, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven refrigerator. There are three bedrooms, each with a queen size bed (160 cm x 180 cm) and ensuite bathroom with sink, toilet and shower.

Fienile House (sleeps 6)
There is a bedroom with two double beds (160 cm x 180 cm) and ensuite bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. There are two additional bedrooms, each with two twin beds and ensuite bathroom with sink, toilet and shower.

Porcilaia House (sleeps 12)
There are two twin bedrooms, each with two twin beds and ensuite bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. There are three bedrooms, each with a queen size bed( 160cm x 180cm) and ensuite bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. There is one bedroom with a King size bed and ensuite bathroom with sink, toilet and shower.

• Daily housekeeping is provided from 7am - 6pm.
• A daily breakfast buffet is provided for a cost of 15 euros per person.
• Chef Service for lunch or dinner is available on request for an additional cost.
• Guests under age 21 are not permitted.
• Although there are 24 sleeping spaces, the maximum number of guests allowed is 16.
