Exterior Description

(400 m2) This historic Chateau was originally built in 1884 for Baron Maximillian von Budai. The grounds feature a wraparound heated pool, spacious terraces overlooking the Mediterranean and a 1000 year old olive tree. The Tower boasts a private roof terrace, hot tub, gym and glorious views. The unique heated pool (12m x 5.5m) features a rain curtain and ambient pool lighting at night. The main terrace comprises a lounge area and outdoor dining area for 12 people. There is a summer kitchen with BBQ, bar, and two WCs.

Main House
Ground Floor: The main living area features curved leather sofas, a fireplace, original ceiling frescos and French doors leading to the terrace and pool. A second lounge has a TV, Italian leather recliners, and a curved sofa. There is a dining room with ceiling frescoes and table for 12 people. There is an office with a glass desk, PC and printer/fax and guest WC. The Master Bedroom features a large round turnable bed under a charming canopy, a fireplace, TV, and private terrace. There is a private bathroom.

First Floor: There is a bedroom with a king size bed, antique furniture and original frescoes. There is a private bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. There is a bedroom with a king size bed, TV, Xbox and Wii, an alcove with a desk, and and en suite bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. There is a bedroom with a king size bed, and en suite bathroom with sink, toilet and shower, and private balcony.

Tower There is a bedroom with a queen size bed, small living area, and en suite bathroom with sink, toilet and shower.

Annex (located above the summer kitchen)
There is a double bedroom, en suite bathroom with sink, toilet and shower, and private terrace.
