This property is located on the northwest shore of Lake Como just 10 km north of Menaggio. The "Museo della Barca Lariana" is located just a few meters from the villa and features over 400 boats, including a Venetian gondola and English sailing boat. Restaurants and the public ferry stop are within walking distance. A pedestrian path runs along the shore, between the lake and the property.

Exterior Description

(2500 m2) This property features panoramic lake views, a private garden, heated swimming pool (7m x 4m, heated from May 9 to September 19)), and direct access to a public beach. There is a private boat jetty and a private parking area.

(250 m2) Ground floor: There is a large and sunny living room with comfortable sofas, Satellite TV, DVD, and CD player. There is also a sitting room with lake views and a grand piano. The kitchen is fully equipped with an island, two ovens, two dishwashers, and a large fridge with freezer. There is a large dining room with a wooden table for up to 18 people. The Silver bedroom (14 m2) has a double bed, ceiling fan, en-suite bathroom, and is wheelchair accessible. There is also a small double bedroom (9 m2) with French double bed and private bathroom.

(250 m2) First floor: There is a sitting room with terrace and five double bedrooms (beds can be made as double or twin beds), each with air conditioning and en-suite bathroom. The Yellow Bedroom (14.5 m2) has a garden view and bathroom with large shower. The Orange Bedroom (23 m2) has a private terrace with partial lake view and a bathroom with large shower. The Green Bedroom (22 m2) features lake views and a bathroom with tub. The Pink Bedroom (18 m2) features lake views and a bathroom with large shower. The Lilac Master Bedroom (19.5 m2) has a large terrace with magnificent lake views and a bathroom with large shower.

• The villa is located near Villa Lariana and the two properties could be rented together for large groups.
