There is a terrace with wrought iron tables and chairs for dining al-fresco, a barbecue and pizza oven. The villa is accessed via 180 steps from the main costal road and is just a 10 minute walk from the center of Positano and a 15 minute walk to the beach.

Main Floor (accessed by 21 steps); There are two spacious living rooms, one with fireplace and TV. There is an elegant dining room with access to the terrace and a large, fully equipped kitchen. There is a queen/twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, and another queen/twin bedroom with bathroom with external shower accessed from the terrace.
First Floor: There is a queen/twin bedroom with private terrace and en-suite bathroom with shower.
Guesthouse
This annex features panoramic windows with views of the ocean and Positano below. There is a queen/twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower.
Pool House Annex
This independent apartment has a small private terrace. There is a kitchenette and two queen/twin bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with shower.

- A security deposit authorization form will be included with your rental voucher. Please submit this to the property manager prior to your arrival. The security deposit will be returned to you prior to your departure minus any extra charges or accidental damages to the property. The listed security deposit is: 2000 EUR
