The villa is set within a large, landscaped garden with olive trees, lavender, and flowers. There is a large terrace with a covered al fresco dining area, barbecue, and fridge. Steps lead down from to the formal gardens and the saltwater swimming pool (10m x 5m). There is plenty of parking.

Interior Description

Ground Floor: There is a spacious open plan living room with Sky TV, DVD player, and stone fireplace. The dining room has a table for 12 people and French doors opening onto the terrace. There is a well-equipped kitchen with two dishwashers, microwave, and espresso machine. There is a laundry room with washing machine and dryer and a guest WC. There is one bedroom with double/twin bed (2x90cm) with en suite bathroom with tub and shower.
First Floor: The Master bedroom has a king size bed (200cm), TV, large en suite bathroom with tub and separate shower, and a small private balcony. There is a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower (accessed via an external staircase or through the master bedroom). There is a twin bedroom with en suite bathroom with tub (most suitable for children due to low ceilings and low doorway (1.6 meters).
