This villa is situated only 50 meters from the shore with direct access to the rocky beach. The estate features tropical plants and lush vegetation. There are three separate pools connected via two waterfalls. There is a large private swimming pool (20m x 8m), a children's pool (6m x 3m, can be heated on request), and a Jacuzzi for 12 people. There is an outdoor kitchen, BBQ, tables and chairs for al fresco dining, a furnished gazebo, and a pool house with shower and toilet. There is also a romantic fishpond, a children's play area, ping pong table, and private parking.

Ground Floor: There is a formal dining room, sitting room with an upright piano, and a fully equipped kitchen with access to the garden for alfresco dining.
First Floor: The first bedroom has a Queen-size bed, private balcony, and en-suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has a Queen-size bed, private balcony, and en-suite bathroom with tub/shower. The third bedroom has a Queen-size bed, private balcony, and en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. There is also a Family Suite with a Queen bedroom, a twin bedroom, private balcony, and bathroom with shower.

Annex 1 (sleeps 4)
Ground Floor: There is a sitting area, dining area, and kitchenette. There is one twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower.
First Floor: There is a Queen bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower.

Annex 2 (sleeps 2-4)
Ground Floor: There is a sitting area, dining area, and kitchenette. There is a Queen bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, and a bedroom with two bunk beds (suitable for children) with en-suite bathroom with shower.
