There is an outdoor sitting area, dining table for 12 people, kitchenette with BBQ, and a fireplace. There is almost private beach with sundeck and jetty with a floating dock for boat moorings.

Ground Floor: There is a living room with a comfortable modern sofa, a fire place, satellite TV, Blu-ray-Player, and large glass sliding doors opening the the terrace. There is a dining room with table for 12 people, a fully equipped kitchen, billiard room, sauna, laundry room with washing machine and dryer, and guest WC.
First Floor: There are three bedrooms, each with king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with tropical rain shower. There is an office area with a desk with printer, scanner and photocopier. There is also a gym room with exercise equipment, a mirrored wall, and flat screen TV.
Second Floor: There are three bedrooms, each with king-size bed, en-suite bathroom with tropical rain shower, and access to a terrace with sea views. One of the bedrooms has a large showering area and a bench which is wheelchair accessible.
