This villa sits about 500 m above sea level and features panoramic views of the islands of Capri, Ischia and Procida, the Gulf of Naples, and Mount Vesuvius. The villa is surrounded by olive, lemon, and orange trees and a variety of tropical plants and flowers. There is a private swimming pool (5m x 10m, open beginning of April until the end of October) with sun loungers and an outdoor shower. There is a terrace with table and chairs for dining al fresco, a pizza oven, and barbecue. The villa is located at the end of a narrow rural road, so a small car is recommended. There is free parking inside the gate. There are ten steps from the parking area up to the villa.

Ground Floor: There is a lounge with sofa, armchairs, and TV. There is a dining room with table and chairs for eight people. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, espresso coffee machine, microwave, toaster, and dining table with chairs for four people. There is a guest bathroom and a laundry area with a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Upper Floor: There is a suite with a living area with double sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed, single sofa bed, air conditioning, and TV, and an ensuite bathroom with shower. There is a bedroom with double bed, air conditioning, and TV, a small bedroom with a single bed (no air conditioning) from the bedroom, and a bathroom with shower. There are two additional bedrooms, each with double bed, air conditioning, TV, and bathroom with shower.
