There is an enclosed patio with outdoor kitchen with stove, oven, and barbecue, a dining table and chairs, and a lounge with TV and air conditioning. There is a bathroom with shower and a laundry room with washing machine. There is also a 250 m2 circular track which can be used for exercises.

There is a bedroom with queen bed (160cm x180cm)and bathroom with shower (which is wheelchair accessible.
Second Annex There is a bedroom with a queen bed and bathroom with shower. There is another bedroom with a queen bed and a single bedroom (without air conditioning) that share a bathroom with shower.
