Location Description

This villa is located on a rocky output on the beach in the charming seaside town of Levanto. You are only 400 meters from the center of town, allowing you to explore on foot the sights, shops, and restaurants. From Levanto, you have access to the stunning towns of Cinque Terre – Riomaggiore, Manarola, Corniglia, Vernazza, and Monterosso al Mare – which are located just south of town. Take the train, or for the more adventurous types, hike the trails that connect Levanto to Monterosso.

Nearby Attractions: La Spezia offers colorful cliff-side houses stacked upon one another, green forests, rolling hillsides, and the turquoise sea.

Exterior Description

This unique beachside villa sits on a rocky output overlooking the Ligurian Sea, the beach, and the town of Levanto. There are several terraces providing opportunities for al fresco dining. Please note that there is a boat rental next to the villa, and beachgoers will pass by to board for excursions or stop to sunbathe among the rocks, which are public property. There is parking for only one car.

Ground Floor: On this floor is a large living room furnished with couches and Satellite TV with access to an open terrace. There is a bedroom with two narrow single beds (80 cm), most suitable for young people, and a bathroom with a bathtub. The first double bedroom has a queen size bed (160 cm). There is a separate bathroom with shower and toilet. The second and third double bedrooms with queen size beds (160 cm) both have en suite bathrooms; one has a shower, and the other has a bathtub.

First Floor: A second living room is attached to the dining room with access to a covered terrace for al fresco dining. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, and microwave. There are two double bedrooms (160 cm) and two bathrooms, one with a shower, and the other with a bathtub.

Tower: From the first floor is a spiral staircase leading up to the tower bedroom with a double bedroom (160 cm) and an en suite bathroom.
